Successful packaging starts with optimal storage and conditioning. All beer packaged on our site is chill conditioned -1° C to preserve shelf life and stabilise the beer. Once stabilised, we offer a variety of filtration methods from sterile filtration to unfiltered including bottle conditioning with a choice of yeast.
Our careful checks throughout the storage and chill conditioning phase ensure that the beer packaged has good shelf life with consistent carbonation and haze levels specific to the beer being packaged.
The flexibility of our packaging also extends to labelling, where we are capable of offering full wrap, front back and neck or full wrap and neck combinations for bottles.
Our labelling service is also available for cans.
The quality of the label can have a huge impact on the end product and we can recommend a number of high quality, cost effective labellers who can assist in producing unique labels for the craft brewer.
End of line packaging can be selected and includes cases of 12 or 24, 330ml, cases of 12 500ml and shrink wrap and tray, before palletisation and shipping.
